The first comprehensive visuals of the design were rolled out in February 2006.

The house is designed with SCIP technology, the inverted roofs act as the water catchment system, and are oriented in such a manner that the solar panels face optimum exposure.

Natural cooling and ventilation systems are provided by positioning the roofs on the trade winds, using the Studio's proven system to cool  houses in the Pacific using negative air pressure.
